Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a simple and straightforward returns process.
1. Replacement or Full Refund Policy
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or replacement. To qualify, the item must:
Be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Be in the same condition as received.
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
Wrong item, size, color, or address (different from the order details).
Clearly visible damage to the item.
Low-quality or misaligned printing.
Significant sizing discrepancy (more than 3cm difference from the size chart).
Order Cancellation:
You can cancel or update your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Important Notes:
All claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Damaged package claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
A valid shipping list or unique QR code must be provided with your claim.
Approved claims due to our error are covered at our expense.
The replacement product will take as long as the delivery time for the new product.
2. No Replacement or Refund
We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
Incorrect address, size, or color submitted by the customer.
Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
Damage or deformation caused by customer misuse.
Delivery failure due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
Delays or issues caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, political unrest).
Custom or personalized items.
Final sale items marked as non-returnable.
